110 OBJECTS BEYOND THE NGC
by The Deep Sky Group
Saguaro Astronomy Club
Version 3.1, dated July 16, 2005

This list is supplied as representative of the types of deep sky objects not included in the NGC. Many are faint and somewhat difficult, so this list is provided for experienced observers. A detailed star atlas is needed to pinpoint these objects.

Abbreviations for the Object names are as follows:
B= Barnard Cr= Collinder H= Harvard IC= Index Catalog
J= Jonckheere Mel= Melotte PK= Perek+Kohoutek Pal= Palomar
Ru= Ruperecht Sh= Sharpless Tr=Trumpler

Type abbreviations:
GC= globular cluster OC= open cluster PN=planetary nebula EN= emission
nebula
SNR= supernova remnant RN= reflection nebula DN= dark nebula GAL= Galaxy
GAC= Galaxy Clusters QSO= Quasar
Galaxies are identified by their Hubble type. Sizes are in arc minutes, unless noted otherwise.
Constellations are given in IAU standard.
